Mark Steed has been a resident of Southern Utah for more than 40 years, giving him an unmatched understanding of the communities, landscapes, and opportunities that make this region so special.

He began his real estate career in 1991 and quickly distinguished himself as a top performer. Mark is a proud member of the Million Dollar Club and has been recognized as a top-selling agent across multiple real estate offices throughout his career.

In 2007, Mark founded Mark Steed Realty, an independent brokerage dedicated to serving buyers and sellers across all of Washington and Iron Counties. With hundreds of satisfied clients, Mark's reputation is built on one simple promise: "Always a Good Deal."

Beyond real estate, Mark and Peggy are the proud parents of six children and seven grandchildren — a family deeply rooted in the Southern Utah community they have called home for decades.
